I cut off the Dupont connection and fitted JST plugs.Wasn't sure how long I needed so buying cheap wires that I can cut down was more cost effective that making my own looms from scratchPerfectly adequate and could have used them as is

Use this to replace the extruder stepper motor cable on Ender3 V2 with E3D Hemera extruder. Has to swap the middle two cables around.

After fitting a direct drive extruder to my Ender 3 V2 I needed longer cables for the stepper motors and these were perfect. Decent quality and well made.

My Voxelab had been playing up for a while and I finally got time to look into why and noticed one of the exiting stepper motor cables had got damaged somehow. Initially tried ordering some new sockets but they were the wrong size so in the end, for ease, plumped for this direct replacement and it worked immediately. Problem solved. I didn’t need all four but I guess they may come in handy one day. A little expensive for a few bits of wire but I paid for the convenience.

Well made cables, no issues. I’ve ended up shortening some of these to suit my printer but the length was really useful on the X axis (225mm Z height, 260mm X all in cable chains)

The extra length is a must when building a DIY 3D Printer

I cannot speak to other printers, but a word of caution: THESE DO NOT WORK FOR ENDER 3V2 EXTRUDER STEPPER MOTORS.I wasted a week and bought a replacement direct drive because I thought I'd damaged my stepper motor. Finally I tried just reconnecting the factory stepper motor cable and it just worked. It was this cable the entire time.
