Instant improvement - I have 24 pucks total in my audio setup
For an audiophile, these feet are instant improvement. As some of the other customer reviews mention, these are an improvement for anything that either creates noise or sensitive to noise (one reviewer puts these feet under a humidifier to damp its rumbling sound and another review quietened the vibrations from a mini-fridge).I built some sand-filled speaker stands for my Triangle Acoustic speakers, trying to dampen transmitted sound to a suspended floor. I could still detect transmitted sound. I put a set of Duro50 Isolate Its between the speaker and stand. The weight of the speakers are probably half of the Duro 50's rating. It helped tremendously. These Sorbothane pads are instant improvement. I put another set of Duro 70s between the stand and the floor. The combined weight of the speakers and stands are probably pushing close to the Duro 70's rating, but they seem to be holding up.I built a 8" diameter concrete pedestal with an isolation platform on top for my turntable (the pedestal weighs a couple hundred pounds). I bought more Duro 50 Isolate Its to put between the turntable and the isolation platform. Overkill! But they work so well. The final set of Duro 70 Isolate Its is for a little equipment rack holding the DAC, streamer, DSP, and preamplifier. So that's the accounting of the 24 pucks in my listening room.

Can not take the rated weight or close to it
They do not at all take the weight they are rated for. Mine lasted maybe 1 month if at all. I followed all recommended specifications for use of these things, and paid WAY too much for nothing

Fragile, but they seem to work well.
I tried to use mine to isolate the vibration on a sim racing rig with bass shakers attached. I feel it worked very well at isolating the vibration, but the sideways movement of a 190 pound person lazily sitting into the rig over and over seems to have torn the pads. I don't think this product was meant to handle that kind of force in that kind of way, so it was more me using the product in a way that it was not intended to be used. But prior to it ripping, I felt it worked very well.Since it's likely my fault for using the product in a way it wasn't intended, I will still give it 5 stars because it worked well before ripping.

They squish pretty bad under just 250 pounds but rated for 440
My speakers weigh around 250 pounds and these things squished a LOT. I wouldn't have wanted to put almost double the weight on them. We shall see how they hold up but they didn't completely squish through and my speaker is "bouncy" now.

Best testament to my satisfaction with Sorbothane IsolateIT is that I'm a returning customer
I first purchased a set to allow removal of the built in speaker bases on my John Bower One speakers so I could lay them on their sides without causing them to acoustically link to the surface they would lay upon. It worked and I feel that the wood cabinet is also well protected form the surface it rests upon itself. Score! This purchase was for a far less esoteric purpose. A Visio 2.1 speaker system that I bought with subwoofer speaker built into the same chassis as the forward facing speakers (designed for the flat-screen to sit on top of it) was causing the flat screen's base to emit a buzz. - - - until I put this product between them and the unwanted vibrations were instantly and immediately eliminated.I'm compelled to add that the softness grade numbers need to be better conveyed in their product presentations. 30 - 50 - 70 I'm still not sure but the bottom line as I understand it a 70 is softer and more tacky (yes the thing is sticky, but as far as I know does not leave any residue) I think that the lower numbered products may be able to support heavier loads without squishing as much. I have no problem with 4 of the 1 1/2 x 1/2 (70 - soft) supporting a JB-1's which are active speakers (heavy amp built in - I'm guessing each speaker weighs ~50 lbs.)When I experience my vinyl revival I'll be back for more to put them under my Thorens and my Micro Seiki turntables.

Does what it says
I got these to dampen the vibrations created by a mini-freezer beneath my snake’s terrarium tank.Thought they might be a pain to put them beneath the feet, but they “stick” somewhat, so I was able to adjust the freezer easily even with the pucks stuck to the bottom of it.Rattling has stopped entirely. I’m sure the snake appreciates the quiet as well haha

These work and look great
Using them with my 30# tube amplifier, considering for 60# speakers next
