Use this insoles for a pair of office sneakers I have. They are very comfortable and I swap them between all my shoes.

I work in an industrial environment, so all week I’m on my feet walking on concrete for 8-9 hours a day.I bought these insoles hoping they would help with my achy and tired feet.I got the ones for size 9 women’s and they fit in my timberland shoes (I have uploaded the photo) .As soon as you step on them they feel very cushiony. I was happy that they felt nice. However after an hour, then three hours and a full day of walking with them my feet were still achy and tired. I thought maybe because it was the first time wearing them, so I wore them the whole week. Unfortunately, I had the same issue my feet were more achy and tired. Even my toes hurt (which was new).I really wanted these insoles to work for me but alas they weren’t for me.

They feel good, but the extra thick rounded plastic part under the heel added extra height that required adjusting my shoes, and they still don't quite feel like the fit of my shoes was designed for a sole this thick. The flat area under the round heel isn't a perfect match either - it feels like the heel of the sole is rocking a bit, side to side on that flat inner heel of my shoe.

I've heard so many good things about this brand, and was hoping for better. The heel has a very stiff cup under the softer foam, which I guess works for some people. However, the way my foot hit the insole I end up standing on the edge of the stiff plastic, and after a week of use I have a blister on the inside of my heel. I've never had any issues with other insoles, I was hoping these would just last longer than the cheap ones I've bought in the past.

They are great, but I had to cut them down to fit my size 7 shoes.
