Works great if you know what you're doing and what to expect.
Works great for the games I use it for. Everything PhysX API 2.7 and earlier seem to work well with it (I have two AMD cards, which will work with it, with some tweaking). If you already have some nVidia GPUs, or you are playing games at API 2.8 or 3.0+, I am not sure what benefit you would get out of this.
