This is an amazing red wine aerator. I already had an aerator when my husband purchased this new one for me. I decided to compare the two aerators to see if I could taste the difference in the wine. Hands down I could taste the difference, and Root Essentials won the taste test! I also love the design! The spout is longer than my old one, which not only makes for easier pouring, but also seems to make all the difference in the taste! Fantastic product, 5 stars all the way!!! =)

Bought two had to return one after short use, the upper two pieces separated and although they appeared to be twisted together, I was not going to deal with future episodes. But, the other one is functioning well

I bought my girl a nice bottle of wine for our anniversary and purchased this as an added touch. The difference in the wine taste was impressive. We tested the wine without the aerator and then with the aerator and agreed that the subtle tastes were more prevalent in the wine post aerator. Will probably buy more for friends and family. This thing is really cool.

A replacement for another model that was slightly less expensive, most stylish and seems to work well.

At first glance I was amazed by the packaging and design. It almost felt like I was opening up a new apple phone. Inside the box, the contents were well protected by a sponge cushion which I think is a smart way to protect the device from external shock. I'm very new to wine and was very doubtful at first. I thought that the wine would taste the same with or without the device on. I tried my Chilean wine without the device and the wine tasted strong and very alcoholic. I tried the wine that went through the Aerator, and to my surprise, the wine tasted a lot smoother as if the device thinned the wine; I could actually tell the difference. I still had my doubts so I gave my friend a glass of wine without the aerator and another glass with the aerated wine and he immediately noticed a difference. I can say confidently that this product actually works. For the wine enthusiast, professionals, or even novices like me, this is a solid product to use! I did receive this item at a discounted rate in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
