I got another vehicle, so needed another dash cam. The one I put in before was a little too big and quite honestly just distracted me. This one fit right behind my rear view mirror, and don't even notice it. I leave it plugged in all the time, and actually was able to catch a raccoon that had jumped up on our vehicle in the middle of the night because it noticed the shock. Very compact, easy to wire down the trim, and I especially like that the screen goes off after just a few seconds. Surprisingly it does not drain my battery when I leave it plugged in all the time. Very nice setup, super great price, and I feel just a little bit more covered in my vehicle. Don't forget to get a micro SD card even though it came with one. I just like having a bigger one in there.

This car camera is the best. I like this, it's better than another camera - I forgot its name, I threw it away because that is short-lived.I have tested it for a couple of weeks and it looks awesome. The battery is excellent, the picture has great quality, and the usage is simple. This camera has been doing an amazing job.About this camera, the video is clear to see including the plates, vehicles, and roads. The picture I took - I covered it for people's privacy - I can assure you that the letters and numbers on the plate & vehicle are visible to read. It is easy to set it up with my rearview mirror hanging (it's not included but highly recommend). The extras in this camera I like are a screen with 1080 HD, motion detection, parking mode, and gravity sense. Love these features. Also, it connects with an iOS laptop that works well for me. I am satisfied with this.

I haven't had this product for very long, just about a week or so. However in the short amount of time I've had it I think I have a good feel for it. First, the good; it does what you need it to very well. The dashcam itself has a lot of great features such as auto loop recording, impact sensor that saves videos at time of impact, and 1080P quality so the license plate that's 5 feet in front of you won't look like it was filmed on a gameboy. Now the bad; the battery is god awful, now matter how long you charge it if it's not plugged in then the battery will drain in 10 minutes or so, now that being said it comes with a car outlet plug that when always plugged in will prevent the battery from dying but it's a mess of wires that can even get in the way of you driving but for the most part it's manageable. Another bad thing is the mount. I've only used the suction cup mount so far and although the actual suction cup sticks to my windshield very firmly, the rest of the won't feels kind of weak and if I did get hit then it might fall of. All in all, it's a very solid product that does the job.

I bought this camera in June- I’ve had to contact support about multiple issues.Pros: easy to install, small, clear day picture.Cons: definitely outweighs the pros-Nighttime picture is horrible.-“Wide angle”- yes is a little bit wide of an angle but if someone hits the front/side on either side you won’t see it.-Park mode: one of the main reasons I got this camera. Absolutely does not work. The camera needs to be powered on. I don’t know of any car that gives power 24/7 without the battery dying. Also contacted support about this. Answer- well yes the camera would need to have a battery supply ??Night mode: definitely not the clearest at allAugust 21- audio stopped recording and even though everything is erased off card, it still says full and won’t record. They do not offer exchanges.September 4th - camera completely stopped workingOverall disappointing considering the great reviews. Spend the extra money on a better cameraBuyer beware. !

Works and is worth the money ut not beat quality,randomly turned off at times,easy to install,good suction.overall id buy it again but i would also probably just pay the 30-40$ for a better one.

Dash cam very good and the camera quality is awesome

Got this BU Camera to replace 5 yr old model (different brand) that failed. This one was much easier to set up and use than my old one; menus are much more intuitive. I got it all set up in 15 mins on my 2010 RAV4; Then I made a video; took the SD card to my computer to watch; video is very clear on 27 inch monitor.I consider these BU cameras nearly essential; they have saved me money and hassle on two occasions. Once traveling Banff National Park Canada in 2017 when a tour bus stopped on the road suddenly back up into my Mercedes Sprinter van causing over $2000 damage. The camera video (and audio recorded the backup sound of tour bus beeping) clearly showed my van was NOT moving and the bus backed into the van. In 2021 in a grocery store parking lot an SUV backed out of a parking space into my left-front of wife's 2017 vehicle causing $2500 damage. The video/audio clearly showed my wife's vehicle was not moving.In both these situations I submitted the video to my insurance company and they settled everything with the moving-at fault vehicles insurance companies with little hassle and no cost for repairs to me. I'm hoping for no future collisions but believe the camera is a low cost way of protecting one's interests.
