For this money I did expect some thing better. Ikea doing better than you. I got bunch of parts without hardware . Bolts doesn't fit. i have to find every thing buy my self. Waste my time.

Poor technical support zero
Zero help No part numbers for bolts. Have to find a Dealer. Dealer also has no info. DLM Does not have hardware kits or part numbers or sizes
