I have had a floating lounger/chair for many years. The structure of the chair was in perfect condition, but the sling ripped. The first time it happened I was able to buy replacement slings from the manufacturer. When I tried again this time, the manufacturer no longer sold them. I thought I'd try this sling instead. It fit perfectly and I'm able to continue to use my floating chair at a portion of what it would cost to buy a replacement chair.

I needed a new sling for my pool lounger since the birds had shredded the edges and pulled out strings to use for nesting material, as shown in one of my photos. Also, the old one had faded severely over 5+ years of use. We actually had the model of this chair with the padded head and footrest (model 10010) but I took a chance and ordered the sling for the basic lounge chair (model 10000). This fit perfectly, since as I assumed to two models use the same floats and frames. And it’s a good bit less expensive than the padded replacement. Plus it doesn’t have all of the exposed edges that seemed to attract the birds. I actually kind of like this sling better because the footrest float on the other one made the foot of the lounge chair more buoyant and harder to get into. The headrest pillow is much smaller than on the old one, but good enough. This sling also included a replacement backrest strap which was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend this based on its quality and reasonable price.

Very difficult to get into. Straps come off. Once you finally get in, it is very uncomfortable. The material is stiff. Cup holder is useless. Doesn’t hold a typical water bottle. Wish I had returned. And why do they show pictures of it indoors. This is a pool float.

It's just one old man's observation.My wife clearly enjoys this floating thingamajig.She floats for hours and even nod's off in it once in a while.That being said' they do not hold up well in south Florida's brutal Sun. (Not many things do) The hammock itself will decompose and micro plastics are a concern.The pontunes are strong and well designed but they eventually fill with water thru the poorly designed threaded screw holes that penatrate the floats which may or may not be an intentional design flaw to create additional purchases.Overall I rate it a 7 out of 10 with 10 being excellent.

I've sent a note to Amazon and awaiting a reply....the Fabric is too long, making too much of a sag when you sit in the chaise. Because the fabric is so long and loose, it also slides right off the foot support. I don't know if it's designed this way or if it's a defect. But it's uncomfortable and not well designed.

I love these. They float well, are comfortable and appear sturdy. I worry that since the blue foam flots aren't encased with any protective coating, that they'd get ripped or break apart. So far, so good!
