The watch I ordered arrived late, but it is beautiful. It also is shipped set for a small wrist. The first watch I ever bought that fit immediately. Everything you need to make it larger comes with. It is even more beautiful than the picture. I LOVE it.

I absolutely love my watch! I am usually very nervous about ordering a watch because they are often too small. I have to wear an 8 in bracelet, and this watch is roomie enough that I didn't have to upsize, even if I swell I have enough room. It is extremely light and I forget I have it on half of the time. The rose gold face is easy to see and big enough that I can tell the time without having to get a magnifying glass ... yay age lol. It is beautifully constructed, the clasp stays shut and is easy to open when I take it off. I was also impressed that they sent an email explaining how to set the time, date, and how to add/remove links if necessary. I will definitely buy from them again!!!I should also include how the watch was shipped and delivered. The delivery time was spot on, I received my watch in the estimated time given (2 days:)) It arrived in a beautiful wooden case that kept the watch secure and safe. No nicks, or dings or smudges. The case was also inside of another box that protected everything form the bouncing, bumping and tossing that we all know happens when an item is shipped.The description given of the watch given was perfect. I know that with today's market, we are all a little skittish about product reviews and we are not sure if we will really receive what we think we are ordering - but this was not the case this time. The crystals sparkle and shine and the face is easy to read. The watch band color was a little different, but we are told that it might be. The important thing was that it matched the tone of the watch face - perfectly.***Update****I have had my watch a few months now and wear it everyday. I still love it and it looks amazing! It keeps excellent time and is so comfortable. Unfortunately it broke, BUT as soon as I contacted Maui Kool I received a response saying they can fix it! Again a wonderful example of amazing customer service. I highly recommend this company and their product!

We purchases a more expensive wooden watch a couple of years ago (three times more). We made the mistake of getting the automatic wind mechanism. Great watch, but normal body motion wasn't enough to keep it wound. We returned it for repair three times, with identical results. They didn't charge anything and paid the shipping both ways. Still... I wish we had opted for the electric movement at the time, but those were sold out and no longer available.So we've now purchased this watch, which looks almost the same and does work! It's much lighter, and may not survive bumps and scrapes. It's doing pretty good so far, so time will tell. Next year, I'll post an update and let you know how it's working out.

Love this watch and the eco friendly aspect of it.uts very light weight and fit my wrist perfectly,the colors are beautiful and it's just enough laid back style to dress down or up.my only wish was it being waterproof but I know with the wood that's hard to do but it would make it amazing.its a basic watch no date or light and mine came with a big made in China sticker so I was disappointed with yet another thing from China but the box it comes in is beautiful so perfect gift

The only thing you could love more than the watch is Maui Kool's level of customer service!! The watch is beautiful, shipped timely in a very handsome wooden box and keeps perfect time. It came with additional links but there was no need as it fit my wrist as is. I get compliments all the time! It's much lighter than I had expected which surprised me as I have not worn a watch in many years. I always made the batteries die within a day, not so with my Maui Kool!! Customer service reaches out multiple times to ensure you are happy with your purchase and if there's any problem, do whatever it takes to make it right.

This watch was a gift to myself! I absolutely love it, it is incredibly light weight, the clasp is easy to manipulate with long finger nails (that's important if you have them!), it arrived quickly, and beautifully packaged. Now let's talk about how it looks, this watch is gorgeous. Every time I wear it I get multiple compliments. If you are looking for the perfect gift for a woman, or a statement piece to elevate your daily look this watch will not disappoint!

It was a gift for my wife, she loves it. It is attractive and keeps time well. I have never seen a watch like it. It is a great source of conversation.

I don't know if they are recycling batteries, selling used watches, or just selling flawed items. I bought this watch as a gift to me. It's gorgeous. But in the very short time I've had it, it has stopped working. I've sent an email and left a phone message on a non-identifiable phone number Maui Kool listed in this thread. I am very, very disappointed. I've purchased watches for a whole lot less that still work years later. I buy from Amazon almost daily and this has been one of the worst. Pity now one will respond. Heck, I don't even know what size battery it takes, although I shouldn't bear the cost of a battery or of someone with the proper tools to install it.
