I absolutely love my watch! I am usually very nervous about ordering a watch because they are often too small. I have to wear an 8 in bracelet, and this watch is roomie enough that I didn't have to upsize, even if I swell I have enough room. It is extremely light and I forget I have it on half of the time. The rose gold face is easy to see and big enough that I can tell the time without having to get a magnifying glass ... yay age lol. It is beautifully constructed, the clasp stays shut and is easy to open when I take it off. I was also impressed that they sent an email explaining how to set the time, date, and how to add/remove links if necessary. I will definitely buy from them again!!!I should also include how the watch was shipped and delivered. The delivery time was spot on, I received my watch in the estimated time given (2 days:)) It arrived in a beautiful wooden case that kept the watch secure and safe. No nicks, or dings or smudges. The case was also inside of another box that protected everything form the bouncing, bumping and tossing that we all know happens when an item is shipped.The description given of the watch given was perfect. I know that with today's market, we are all a little skittish about product reviews and we are not sure if we will really receive what we think we are ordering - but this was not the case this time. The crystals sparkle and shine and the face is easy to read. The watch band color was a little different, but we are told that it might be. The important thing was that it matched the tone of the watch face - perfectly.***Update****I have had my watch a few months now and wear it everyday. I still love it and it looks amazing! It keeps excellent time and is so comfortable. Unfortunately it broke, BUT as soon as I contacted Maui Kool I received a response saying they can fix it! Again a wonderful example of amazing customer service. I highly recommend this company and their product!

Love this watch and the eco friendly aspect of it.uts very light weight and fit my wrist perfectly,the colors are beautiful and it's just enough laid back style to dress down or up.my only wish was it being waterproof but I know with the wood that's hard to do but it would make it amazing.its a basic watch no date or light and mine came with a big made in China sticker so I was disappointed with yet another thing from China but the box it comes in is beautiful so perfect gift

It was a gift for my wife, she loves it. It is attractive and keeps time well. I have never seen a watch like it. It is a great source of conversation.

Like the watch. Need the extra links however the ones sent with my order do not fit the watch I ordered. So it does not get worn! Very difficult reaching customer service.

We purchases a more expensive wooden watch a couple of years ago (three times more). We made the mistake of getting the automatic wind mechanism. Great watch, but normal body motion wasn't enough to keep it wound. We returned it for repair three times, with identical results. They didn't charge anything and paid the shipping both ways. Still... I wish we had opted for the electric movement at the time, but those were sold out and no longer available.So we've now purchased this watch, which looks almost the same and does work! It's much lighter, and may not survive bumps and scrapes. It's doing pretty good so far, so time will tell. Next year, I'll post an update and let you know how it's working out.

I don't think I can ever recall customer service as good, as the service at MauiKool. I think all bad experiences I have ever had with customer service at other companies were just erased, just because of the folks here.I absolutely love this watch. When it arrived I noticed it was way too big for my wrist. I followed the instructions to remove links to make it smaller, but the pins would not budge. I contacted customer service to find out if perhaps I wasn't doing it correctly. They simply offered for me to send it to them and size it there......They sent a label,.... I mailed it to them,..... they contacted me a couple times 10 sure they were taking the right links out… They sent it back… Voila!!! The watch is lightweight, feels fabulous on the skin and it's beautiful. I have not gotten a rash as of yet, which usually due to the sensitivity to metals happens frequently. I am beyond pleased with my purchase.
