First off, this is not cedar it is pine. It is pine that has wood putty filling knots. It is strips of pine glued to each other like butcher block. Wood is very dry. As I assembled it I could hear the wood splitting. Brackets and thickness are good. Not sure how long it will last. If I knew it wasn’t cedar I would not have ordered it. Hope this helps someone.

Very good quality planter, I am very pleased. I initially had an issue with a defective part but company sent me a replacement.

This is a nice piece and once assembled, I am very happy with it. However, the assembly instructions are only pictures and so it takes a while to put together and requires focus and attention to detail, as for example there are left and right legs!

The item is sturdy and takes two young people about an hour to assemble. It seems nice.The liner is NOT rectangular, doesn't have lines for where to fold it, and comes with no instructions. So it basically doesn't fit. Look at other folks' photos.Be ready to line it with a hefty bag instead.

With only 35 reviews, a few customer images and CG like product photos provided online, I was a little skeptical at first about the product quality since it doesn't show the texture of Cedar wood. I received the planter this week and no surprisingly found that the wood is nothing like cedar at all. False advertisement!The overall quality of the product is okay for its price, but definitely could be better with more improvements of details. It took the two of us about one hour to assemble it with not very straightforward instructions. Another thing I was disappointed in, was the liner. Just feel the same as other reviewers, I was hoping it had individual boxes made of heavier material, or inserts. It was just one big cloth liner, so I had to staple it together to fit in the planter box.
