Delicious!
Easy to prepare, great side dish and hearty flavor. I try to use whole grains exclusively - brown rice, whole wheat pasta, etc. and this fit my culinary preference for couscous.

Great taste and good alternative to starches
I have used this product as a replacement for rice, potatoes or other pasta dishes and love the taste, texture and the fact that it is 100% whole wheat.

Like that it's whole wheat
I have no big problem with the product. I got it as an alternative to orzo because it was cheaper than any whole wheat orzo offering (including Baron's). But even with cooking it as directed (frying it in a little oil first), it took too long for my liking to cook and it still was a little to tough for my taste. I confess that I am now just coarse grinding it with my coffee burr grinder to make it quicker to cook. I'm still experimenting, but it's still too tough for my liking. That's not to say that the taste is bad when properly seasoned/sauced. I'm now grinding the rest down to powder to add to my morning oatmeal breakfast. Won't buy again.

Tastes good, good price.
It is hard to find whole wheat couscous. This brand tastes good and is reasonably priced. I have re-ordered it.
