Totally thrilled with stylish and durable chaise lounge chairs that won’t rust
2020 update: two seasons later and we sill love our chairs! They are very durable. Hidden bonus: these chairs are pretty heavy so the wheels are a nice plus to move them around. And yes... with a cushion you can lay them flat and lie out in the sun which is what my teenage daughters do all day it seems. The back also folds forward which makes storage in our pool house a lot easier and more compact.***My family is super happy with our new chaise lounge chairs. We actually ordered other chairs first to try to save a little money and quickly realized that was a bad idea. The other chairs rusted within about a month leaving a nasty stain on our pool patio. Suffice to say we did our research this time around. Our goal was to have beautiful but durable chairs that would last years, wouldn’t fall apart, and wouldn’t rust. We’ve had these lovely chairs out all summer and they still look brand new! What’s more, the service has been excellent. One of the chairs had a defective part and after I called, the replacement part arrived in the mail within a week. I highly recommend these chairs that are made out of cast aluminum. They look stylish and with the right cushion are also very comfortable. If you check my profile you’ll see that I am not always so positive about the products that I review, but in this case I’m happy to write a glowing review.

Great Customer Service! Durable Product
I was initially disappointed when one of the chaise arrived damaged, A small but critical piece broke in transit - where a bolt attaches to an arm rest. I contacted the company immediately on a Friday evening and sent photos to substantiate my claim. I received a response on Saturday, informing me a new complete chaise would be sent. All I had asked is that the broken piece be replaced. The new chaise arrived today. While these don't come with cushions, that's OK. Typically cushions are needed when there are only slats to support them. These chaise have a firm, decorative foundation. A beach towel should suffice. If not, I'll look for cushions later. These should last for many, many years to come. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Excellent customer service
I had an issue with one of the seats being warped. They stepped up to the plate and I had another one within days. Love the chairs and it was a good value.

Aluminum lounge chairs
I have an aluminum patio set that I’ve had for years I mean like 20 years. It’s still in great shape. This set is not made as good as the set I already have. But it’s okay. Overpriced like everything else is right now.But I needed something that I didn’t have to worry about blowing off my deck. I get some wind thru here at times.

Great quality
These showed up early, they are very easy to put together and were in perfect/new condition. They are very nice chairs and very comfortable.

Whatever happened to customer service?
I bought the chaise lounge chairs with the side table which is defective and cannot stand LEVEL, even with the leveler screw pads. One leg is about 1 inch shorter than the other three. I simply want the vendor to ship another sku CJ2401 and give me a shipping label to return the defective table. I’m still waiting on AI REP TO TELL ME THAT IS WHAT THEY WILL DO!

LOVE THEM but here's some assembly tips
Love the chairs. They are sturdy, heavy and roll easily. They look fabulous with my red cushions. However, the directions for assembly are awful. If you can call them directions -- its literally 1/2 page. One arm to the bottom. Axel placed. Other arm to the bottom. Top to the bottom. Legs. Wheels. And then the arm that holds up the back. You really need a flat and Phillips screwdriver. If you have a 9/16 and a 11/16 socket wrench, it will be super easy. Although, I imagine, you could actually put them together with the two little tools they provide. Also, two people makes it much easier - but it could be done alone. Just heavy and awkward.

Nice if you get well manufactured components & parts. (bad Quality Control?)
After following the written instructions, I was able to put a set of original chairs together. Some parts did not go together correctly since some of the components and parts didn’t allow much tolerance which might make some components and parts not fit or align together perfectly as designed. These are far more expensive lounge chairs out there, but I did not have the budget to pay for higher price chairs. I guess you get what you pay for.Issue #1: As I said some parts don’t allow too much tolerance so as you can see in one of the pictures, the back of the seat was warped, does not lay back evenly (it is off about an inch or two). I know it was the back since I swapped backs with the other chair, and the issue followed the back.Issue #1 resolved: After going back many times with seller, even them suggesting to use a hammer to get the back into alignment (thank goodness I didn’t (you will see later)) the seller sent me a whole replacement lounge chair. The back was not warped on this one, and was able to fit together correctly.Issue #2: The Screws they use seem to be non-stainless steel which should be for an outdoor product in my opinion. The screws holding the seat to the side arms are screwed in via Hex key bore in the screw (without a head) (see photo of screw). To attach the side to the bottom of the lounge chair, you screw in that screw to the side part of the lounge chair, then you connect the bottom to the side, and use a flat washer, lock washer, and then use a nut to tighten the pieces together. Since the Hex part is bore in the screw, it makes the screw not very strong. If you tighten the bolt too tight to the screw, it will break the screw (see picture) which I did once. It broke where it was bore out to make the kex hole.Resolved #2: Replaced the screws that hold the sides to the bottom with a stainless machine screw with an actual Philips head.Issue #3: Putting together the replacement chair (from Issue #1), to join the back of the chair to the bottom of the chair, there are pivot joints that you screw together with a Screw, flat washer, Lock Washer, and bolt. This chair only had room to put together without the lock washer. The other two chairs I had, didn’t have an issue. I attempted to use a hammer to put the pivot points closer together to fit a Screw, Flat, lock and nut together, but in doing so broke one part of the pivot point. Again, I should have not tried to bend it (luckily didn’t try to use a hammer on the back of the chart to make it un-warped).As far as Comfort, you will defiantly need cushions! if you don't by cushions, they will be very uncomfortable, it's like sitting on the floor but you can recline. I live in the north-east, I want to store the lounge chairs outside in the winter. I didn't want to buy a lounge chair that I could not store outside all year around and not power wash off mold, dirt etc. If I purchased wicker, fabric, etc, I don't think they would last long. The Seller was ok, after a few messages going back and forth to get a replacement, they satisfied my order. My issue is the manufacturer, they need better Quality control to see if the parts are in tolerances. Also, they should use stainless steel bolts especially if they will be used outdoors all year around.
