It has totally removed the dreaded ground loop interference in my studio.
When I connected my Korg synth to PC with USB, it would create a horrible intermittent buzzing sound through the audio cables / speakers. The rhythm of the noise seems to coincide with the HDD light flashing on the PC.This isolator completely removes the noise without impacting audio or MIDI functionality.I have been trying to solve this problem for a long time - Internet forums provide recommendations like wrapping PC in tin foil, buying a new PSU, replacing cables etc. Not necessary.Strongly recommended for the price.Tip: make sure you know which devices the buzzing is coming from. It can happen from multiple devices and takes some trial and error to work out.

Doesn't always work
This doesn't always work, I'm trying to use it between a streaming computer and a DAC and doesn't work at all. The computer cannot see the DAC when this device is used.

Doesn’t work
Rather than stopping any static noise it just totally disabled the USB port from working.

Solved my interface issue with connected synths.
I was getting audible interference from my hardware synths connected to my laptop over USB. This little device solved this for me.

Failed for me where an alternative product succeeded
Bought to get rid of noise when trying to record over USB with my drum machine. This made absolutely no difference at all, I eventually bought an ifi defender which fixed the issue but obviously that's a much more expensive option.

Fixed my problem
I have water speakers that I really love, but plugging the power into my computer would cause a really annoying continuous noise (a ground loop....thingy...). This worked perfectly, and I can love my water speakers again.
