Absolutely excellent!
This is the most delicious soy we've ever had. It goes great in recipes and as a dip. Highly recommend!

The most subtle beautiful taste
My cousin in Japan bought us a bottle for my husbands Birthday and I found it on Amazon after we finished it off! OMG it’s so beautiful and subtle we gave a bottle to our friend who is a sushi chef. Wonderful mild flavor and now our family’s favorite

Don't expect "soy sauce"
This stuff is amazing! There are subtleties in the flavor that I really enjoy with sashimi as well as when used to dress up some sauteed greens or to soak bonito for onigiri. The floral flavor is very delicate and not overpowering. If you're expecting super-salty or other in-your-face flavor, you'll be disappointed. Yes, it's a little salty, because it's shoyu; but it does NOT taste the same as the stuff from the store. In my opinion, it's even better, but your tastebuds may vary.I know some reviewers have had issues with breakage, but I haven't had this issues with the two bottles I've purchased so far -- they came well-cushioned in bubblewrap.

attractive glass bottle, nice flavor and scent,
Amazon driver dropped over gate and it broke the plastic lid. Lost 2/3 of the product. I rate the product with 5 stars, the driver for Amazon with zero common sense.

Excellent with sushi
Don't let the color fool you. This has big flavor. Sweet, salty, and uniquely floral at the back end. You taste everything before is moves into a delicious savory direction. Particularly good with tuna rolls. The floral notes go VERY well with wasabi if you're into that.

Not done fermenting?
I have bought this soy sauce at an Asian food market and it was great but this one I got in the mail and it looked like it had been leaking a little, when I took the plastic off the cork popped off and it grew a film and became cloudy in a day,
