This brand is just as good as the knee joint formulated name brands. If I stop taking these tablets, the pain,and roughness will return. I have had Osteoarthritis for over 40 years and could not keep on taking massive amounts of painkillers. When first diagnosed, doctors put me on pills that were causing stomach problems. I finally discovered a much better way to go and that was supplements that contained Glucosamine & Chondroitin. Later I found out that MSN was also needed.Supplements like these can be very expensive, and these still are not cheap, but worth the cost. I can now walk like most other people, usually without pain. These are the best value for money I have found.

Big bottle, lots of pills, these are pretty big, no issues, and maybe they make my knees feel better or maybe I just think they do. Either way I use them.
