The product is good but the pump lead is to short

Not as pictured disappointing
Product ok but not as pictured, all in a rather drab grey colour, had to repaint myself. Disappointing given price as v expensive.

Pump had electrical fault after one week
Pump has been ok for one week although noisier than other fountain pumps we gave had. After constantly tripping the electric I took it out and visually examined it the rotor was Turing ok conclusion is that water must have got into the electrics of the pump.

Cable length
The product description does not detail how long the cable is. I have asked Amazon customer service but they also do not know and have not been helpful at all. The cable length is important so customers know if the water feature can be placed where they want.
