I like make cake for my son sometimes.This product is better than the one i used before.So i like use this better now. And this is 4 in 1 blender.So it save me a lot Money. Because i don't have to buy different kind blender like food chopper.

Poor quality but somewhat does the job

I bought this to replace another immersion blender that failed miserably in october 2017.though the wide array of accessories was of no interest to me, ithis one had good reviews and was a great deal on a lightening sale, so i went ahead and purchased it. for a long time i was content with how it worked, though i barely use it even once a month. in june 2020 it simply fell apart in my hands and amazon told me i had to work with the manufacturer to get a replacement.i sent an email explaining the situation and the customer service person at aicok was very quick to respond and tell inform me my unit was out of warranty. i wrote back just as quickly to show them both the invoice and the amazon listing that clearly states there is a THREE-YEAR warranty. never heard from them again, despite periodic emails asking for resolution.now that i look at reviews i can see there appear to be a number of people who took advantage of the same low-price offer and have had a similar experience to mine. if i used it even weekly for 2.5 years i might not mind, but monthly? there is no excuse for this kind of shoddy workmanship. and it is clearly a common experience, so DO NOT BUY THIS IMMERSION BLENDER!i am also angry that amazon does not help its customers when a manufacturer repeatedly declines to honor its warranty.

This is one of the best purchases that I have ever made on Amazon! Easy to use and clean up! The chopper and blender are fast and efficient. Great product.

Gets into areas a regular blender can't. Great for soups and sauces and mashing. Very powerful and handy tool for your kitchen.

Bought this for a 2017 Christmas present, has been used about a dozen times since then and today it did not work. Steady on does not work at all, if I leave it unplugged a bit it will bump the motor on pulse button once and that's it. So beware rather than being one of those kitchen pieces that will be there for many years when needed...it may not. Too much $$ for so few uses.

can't use for hot off the stove liquids, must cool down first or could melt part of the unit that hold the blades in place.
