These spikes work. Appreciated that they are already assembled and painted black. I think this is my third purchase. I used zip ties for mine. Easy to use and move if necessary and also to hose off. Used them on my McNeil fence, wrought iron porch rail and on the top of my 6' high privacy fence.

Needed to keep the birds from nesting under my upper deck, I am using these to keep them away. I used double sided tape and the zip ties in some of the areas. I covered the whole deck, so far it’s working! Fingers crossed, they are holding up. Good quality

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Works great to keep birds from nesting on my front porch ledges and creating a mess on ky porch! I have tried many deterrents over the last 20+ years and these finally did the job! Highly recommend!

I bought these because they are pre-assembled and the color matches my exterior. They are super easy to install and very versatile. I can even bend them around curved surfaces. Best of all, they work! Of course, the birds have found new locations to which I now have to install additional spikes, and I just ordered more. My only complaint about this product is the price - it's very high for what you get, far higher than competitors or even unpainted versions from the same manufacturer. They are clearly selling the color, and that's what I feel I paid for. It seems they need some competition because they are clearly gouging. If color isn't important to you, save some money and choose an alternative. This product is a good choice though, so perhaps buy the unpainted version.

Put over the workshop door to stop the mess that birds caused. Nice to come out the door to clean concrete.

The bird spikes are easy to work with. I attached them to strips of bender board and installed them on the top of an outdoor patio awning/blind that pigeons had tried to claim for nesting. I’m very pleased.

Bought the large size, brown. Description said in multiple places stainless steel, exactly like the others of another brand that I bought. I put the others atop a metal wall with 8x3 mm magnets, they worked perfectly. But the metal strips on these turned out not to be stainless steel but rather plastic or some such material. The seller misrepresented the material causing me trouble having to return them.
