It's potency is verified by blood test
Many off the shelf used. Can't say if this product is effective. However before use with another product and after use of this product show Vitamin D levels in my blood is dramatically different. My blood test for it confirms positive results in the normal range. I took one pill a day

I used this product to improve my immune system. I just started taking it so I will have more comments on it later. This product is in capsules, but I prefer the gel which was not available. Capsules are small, however, so they’re easy to swallow.
