This has helped me with my ankle/heel pain. I work from home so I have easy access to it and by the time I get to the last 2 hours of my shift my ankle/heel is throbbing even though I am not standing. I grab this out of the freezer and slide my foot in and secure it with the Velcro strap and it stays in place. The coldness numbs the pain to get me through. The only thing I don’t like about the design is that my toes hang out with nothing under them. Even if it was just a thin piece of the material it would be better in case I have to get up for restroom break etc. It is effective for my purposes. I have heel spurs and something going on with the bone in my ankle that is causing swelling.

Wow! Fast delivery. One day. Oh! What a blessing. This is one awesome product. Fits my heal and ankle perfect. 4 hrs in the freezer. Put it on. Kept it on for 25 minutes. Swelling in the heel is gone. Took a couple of Tylenol. Along with it. As I’m writing this. I have it on my foot now. I was able to walk today with very little Pain, but I did have to grab it and put it back on when I got home. Yes, this is one good product. So I cannot wait to get my booty. To put on my foot. After my ice treatment. And the booty keeps the pressure off the heal.

Overall it works pretty well. It gets incredibly cold (almost unbearably so). However, it doesn't retain the coldness for as long as I would've hoped (only about 10-15 minutes).

I have developed neuropathy in my feet with swelling at ankles by end of day even with support hosiery.The instructions are thorough: freeze booties in their carry bag for at least 4 hours, wear light fitting socks,sit back, lift my feet on to ottoman & relax up to 20 mins. Fit booties around foot, fastening with attached velcro straps.These have really made a difference & get such relief.(Caution: they DO NOT recommend sleeping in these if going to bed, & makes sense incase of frost burn)At the end of day, I strap on these booties and they feel so good! The burning effect of neuropathy can be debilitating…these relief that effect before bedtime.

EXCELLENT way to soothe inflamed or tired feet and ankles. They fit easily in the corner of the freezer and are easy to put on. They stay cold long enough to get relief, even while wearing socks under the cold packs. This method seems better than taking anti inflammatory medication. Walking is possible, if I have to get up suddenly, but it’s much better not to try to walk in them.

This product is excellent for relieving pain and swelling in the heel area. I recently developed heel bursitis, and icing my heel provided significant relief. Using a conventional ice pack on the back of my heel proved challenging, and applying ice directly to the swollen area was often difficult. However, this pack stays cold and fits comfortably around my ankle and heel, delivering the relief I need as I recover from my injury and get back to running. I plan to use it after every training run to help manage any swelling, and I am confident it will be very beneficial.

It fits the heel nicely, but there is no way to keep them on if you have to move. The strap just wraps around wiith nothing to hold it in place.

My husband has plantar fasciitis and these booties are great! They fit any size and are well made. Follow directions, though, don't put on bare skin as they get extremely cold. I give them a 10.
