Lightweight and Soothing—Perfect for Sensitive Skin
I’ve been using the PURITO Oat In Calming Gel Cream for a few weeks now, and it has genuinely impressed me. I have sensitive, combination skin that can get red and irritated easily, and this moisturizer has been a gentle and effective solution. The texture is super lightweight—almost like a watery gel—and it sinks into my skin quickly without any sticky or greasy feeling. It’s the kind of product you forget is even on your face, which I really appreciate, especially in the morning under sunscreen or makeup. What I love most is how calming it feels immediately after applying. I’ve had days where my skin felt hot or reactive, and this cream instantly brought down the irritation. My skin feels softer, looks more even, and stays hydrated for hours without becoming oily.Even though it’s light, it still does a great job locking in moisture. If you have really dry skin, you might want to layer something richer on top, especially at night. But for me, it’s been perfect on its own—especially during warmer months. It’s also fragrance-free, which is a huge plus for my sensitive skin. No burning, no breakouts, no weird film—just calm, balanced skin.If you’re looking for a simple, effective, non-comedogenic moisturizer that won’t clog pores or overwhelm your skin, this one’s a win. I’ll definitely be repurchasing.

A Little goes a Long Way
I'm Normal to Oily especially in the summer. I use my sunscreen as a moisturizer but I've been on the hunt for something that's specifically to moisturize my face that's light moisturizing and affordable. I bought this and it's been such a game changer. Wore this in the humidity I don't feel overly oily after using it, my skin feels nice and plump. It's a Gel like substance and has a slight natural smell that fades immediately. I will definitely be repurchasing this. If you're oily in the summer and want something lightweight and moisturizing def give this a try and its super affordable and a little goes a long way.

I like it a BUT…
I really like the oat moisturizer overall. It’s water-based, which feels super lightweight and refreshing on my skin. I love the cooling effect when I apply it. It gives a nice dewy finish and doesn’t cause any irritation, which is a big win for my sensitive skin. The only downside is that I have to reapply it multiple times throughout the day. While it’s soothing and great for a quick hydration boost, I do wish it provided longer-lasting moisture. I would still recommend it for anyone looking for a light, gentle moisturizer, but if you need deeper hydration, you may want to pair it with something richer.

Fantastic Gel Moisturizer
A very lightweight moisturizer. Does not irritate my skin and does not cause acne. Perfect for humid weather. However, may not be enough for really dry skin. I switched back to this moisturizer after I started breaking out from a different brand.

This saved my acne-prone skin!!!
I noticed a difference on my face with this. I have acne prone skin, and for a while had been looking for a good moisturizer. A tiktoker I watch a lot recommended and it did not disappoint. Didn’t make me break out, it’s not sticky, doesn’t have a bad smell, and it feels very refreshing. Definitely give it a try if you want some hydration for your skin and don’t want to break out!!!

Oh, Purito...
I was really hoping I'd be the outlier here, considering the great luck I've had with Purito before, but unfortunately I cannot say that this is a preferred product of mine. The ingredients are great, but it lacks an occlusive that would make those ingredients STAY on your skin and do what they need to do. If this had dimethicone somewhere, it'd probably be perfect. If you have oily skin that needs no real moisture, or live in a humid area, this is likely for you!If you already have a good moisturizer and want a little something more that won't break you out, this is a good option! If you do need moisture, however, this will not give you that. It completely evaporates from my skin after a few minutes and leaves it tighter and dryer than if I had just used nothing at all. Squalane is an oil, but it's not an occlusive oil, meaning that it won't form a layer to protect your skin and keep the water in. Mostly, it's great at tricking your skin into thinking you have enough squalene (a trick which reduces inflammation and oil production) and enhances the penetration of other ingredients. If you live somewhere that the air around you is always humid, then you may fare well with this, because it could draw moisture from the air into your skin. If you have air-conditioning or live somewhere dry, however, I cannot recommend this. It will strip your skin of its moisture and deposit it into the dryer air around you, thus doing the opposite of its proposed function, because it lacks an ingredient in its formulation that would prevent this. This is fungal acne safe, not pore-clogging, and not irritating whatsoever. There are VERY FEW products in the WORLDWIDE market that can say that. This has clearly been formulated with care in mind and it does not contain needless fillers that hurt your skin or whose only purpose is to make this product more appealing. I wish there were more products like this.Seeing as this has squalane and other great ingredients, I intend to use it as a layering step should my skin need some extra moisture after a chemical peel, acids, or other harsh actives, but I will not be using it as a STANDALONE moisturizer.I'd say it's great for layering, as one would with a serum, but I wouldn't recommend it be used alone unless your skin doesn't need much added moisture.I hope they keep this product, but add a gentle occlusive like dimethicone (or something similar) so that it can protect and smooth the skin and keep its acne safe claims.Overall, it's not bad; it just needs to be used with something else, too, if it's to be used as a moisturizing product.

FA holy grail
Amazing for fungal acne sufferers, and/or those who live in hot, humid climates. Very moisturizing without feeling heavy. Doesn’t have a strong scent at all. I wish you got a little more product for the money, but I will definitely repurchase. My skin has never looked clearer.
