Luceco Single LED Tube Linear Eco Climate T8 Lighting, 4 Feet, 18 Watts

I bought these lights to replace other LED battens that had integrated LED chips that failed after only 1 year in our garage. This time I wanted lights with replaceable bulbs so that if these don't last the 20,000 hours they are supposed to, at least we only have to replace the bulbs and not the whole light fitting. My husband found the instructions poor and the installation more involved than their predecessors, but he feels they are more secure and robust. He initially put the first bulb in the wrong way round, and it tripped the RCD. He was sure the bulb and probably the fitting would be no good after that, but they both survived and work fine. Read the small print on the ends of the bulbs to ensure you put them the right way round!

This was a replacement for a fluorescent tube in my garage. It was easy to install and the light output is so much better than the previous unit. Within 30 minutes I had the old light out and new light working. This light comes with mounting brackets, sealing gland and fixings. I would certainly buy again.

This is a fab light - very bright and very low energy consumption. You can't beat the very even spread of light coverage and totally light in weight. Light is contained in a polycarbonate enclosure with a high IP rating. Great value for money.
