I originally ordered a copper shaker, but the finish was flaking a little, so I returned it. The manufacturer contacted me immediately and offered to replace it with a different item or color. I opted for the stainless since it does not have a coating. I received it in less than a week. So customer service is definitely 5-star!Now for the item: I have never used a Boston shaker, so I watched a couple of videos on how to properly use one. This shaker is weighted/unweighted, which was suggested for new users, so I can't compare to a weighted/weighted, but it was easy to use and makes a great seal! No leaking at all. I was a little leery of having it slip out of my hands or of one side flying off, but everything went smoothly! It's easy to clean and doesn't take up much room, as the smaller tin fits inside the larger tin. Very happy with the product and seller.

Good set. Gifted it to my brother-in-law, and he really liked it.

When we started learning how to mix our own cocktails we wanted to get a Boston Shaker versus the single cup shaker set we had. Most of our cocktails we now stir but these cups help to make the drinks cold very fast, they are very easy to clean and after a couple of months of use they are still shiny. It does take a couple of tries to learn how to couple the two cups to shake without leaking so I recommend trying with water before filling them with expensive liquor only to have them end up on the floor. You get the feel of how they should fit together quickly. They were reasonably priced and I think they will last us decades, I even dropped one and there's no dent or scratch on it. I highly recommend this product.

I got the weighted/unweighted combo. It seals nicely and feels solid. I'm new to Boston shakers, so getting these to separate requires a bit of twiddling. But I haven't found it to be a major problem. What is more of a problem is that the tops of these tins are very thin and sharp. Like cut your hand sharp. I haven't used other shakers, so I don't know if this is a common problem. I do know I have to be careful with these.

I love using nice things. These feel good when you use them and work perfectly. Nice weight. Easy to unseal when chilling. I love them.

This was a Christmas gift and he loved it. He was impressed with the weight, style, and the ease of the shaker. It was a really snug fit and he was surprised and excited. I don't know about leaking and cleaning yet, but will check back if I hear back from him at the next party.

Arrived securely packaged. I have purchased a number of items from this company and am never dissappointed. It is sturdy and consistently makes the shaking process easier. It is heavier, so fits your hand securely. You will have to tap a couple of times after shaking so that top will release (Hence, no leakage). Looks great on my bar cart and is used frrequently. Cleans like a dream. Bonus, with ice, keeps your cocktails really cold. Cheers, and happy shaking.

Spend the extra money and get this shaker over other cheaper options on Amazon. I've owned 2 other shakers before and this one corrected issues I had with both of those.Great weight, great feel, worth the extra pennies for sure!
