First of all, it is soooo cute!! Most importantly, it is so easy and safe to use - great temperature control and easy to clean with dish washer! I also bought the hotpot and steam rack so that I use this for making hotpot, soup and steaming seafood and dumplings ! I also got one for my friend’s birthday gift- such an amazing cookware!

Well I was really excited to receive the hot pot and I’m sure it would’ve worked exactly as described except it was missing the key component power cord and then after reading through the details I also noticed it was missing the wooden spoon. Received and returned the same day.

This is garbage, don't buy it at this store.

This compact grill is such a vibe. We mostly use it for bbq or when I’m in the mood to reenact having street foods at home. It’s beautiful, heats up fast so beware and watch the temp regulator if you don’t want to be cloaked in smoke.

I bought this for myself and purchased another one few weeks later for a housewarming gift for my friend. Honestly I could've purchase something else for cheaper price or better function. However, I love pink and this looked very cute so made a purchase... I've used so many electric grills while growing up and I noticed this grill had problem right from the start. I wanted to test it out so I plugged the cord and set it to medium with nothing on the grill. Immediately I noticed lots of smoke coming out. I turned it off immediately and few minutes later I turned it back on on lowto medium setting for 8 min. The grill showed little smoke but smelled little funky and the plate was not evenly hot. Left side was hotter than right. I don't know about my friends but I am returning mine.

so if you want to use it in UK, caution you have to buy a step down voltage transformer and it costs around another 70 pounds.on the other hand, it is a great product to make delicious food with very beautiful colour.
