Bought these sealing rings as replacements for my many multi-sized glass jars that have metal-and-glass locking lids. They fit perfectly on jars with mouths of approximately 3.4"-3.7". I say "approximately" because most of these jars date back to the 1940s and 1950s, and none of the mouths are exactly the same diameter. The seals are sufficiently flexible to stretch several sixteenths of an inch to fit the odd-sized openings without being too loose. I have purchased larger-sized seals for other jars, also. They are well made and the cost is quite reasonable. I recommend that the manufacturer reference "food-grade silicone" on the packaging as additional reassurance for customers. Highly recommended.

I wanted to replace the old, crumbly red gaskets on my various flour containers, and these work well. Since they are silicon they should last a long time. And now I have extras for the future, too.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The size matched the one I needed to replace. I'm very happy with the quality. They are pliable and a bit stretchy to help provide a good seal. I wanted to have a bit thicker gasket so I used two. Works great. The size seems pretty standard so I can use the extras on other canisters and jars.

Arrived as expected, fits well, good quality, and seems to work well.
