Power diode module mdq-100a is designed for single phase half WAVE rectification, which has four diodes connected in a one phase bridge configuration. Output DC current is 200Amprepetitive peak reverse voltage is up to 1, 600V. Isolated mounting base, high reliability by unique glass passivation. Applications: DC power supply for instrument equipment , input of PWM frequency converter rectifying power supply , excitation power supply for DC motor, input of switch power supply and auxiliary current inverter current.

Works as advertised.
Used for the same reason as another customer...to modify my HF90amp welder to be a DC welder. Connected to a large heat sink this bridge doesn't get hot at all and handles the 80 amp welder with no problem. I had burnt up a 100 amp bridge so went for the 200 this time. Pleased with how well it's working.
