Great ankle weights.
I find these ankle weights to be very well made. The Velcro strap keeps them securely on your ankle. I’m using these to help rehab my leg after a break. My PT recommended these.

Great set of ankle weights
The ankle weights are as advertised, they are comfortable and appear to be durable. My only issue is that I have very small ankles (I am 5'2, 125lbs. for reference) and I have to make the weights as tight as possible and sometimes the velcro touches the opposite leg so I have to make sure I turn the velcro towards the outside of ankle. Also, they are too big for me to use as hand weights so I gave it 4 stars.

Perfect ankle weights
These Sportneer 5lb ankle weights are exactly what I was looking for. I just had total knee replacement surgery and my doctor said I needed to use some sort of weight to place on top of the knee to strighten it out and press down on the knee. They suggested a 5lb bag of ice but that was not practical. I found these soft weights on Amazon , ordered them and they are perfect. My knee is almost healed completely and now I use them as ankle weights to strenghen my legs and knees. I highly recomend these Sportneer Ankle Weights for various exercises including walking, leg lifts, leg extentions and other exercises. Five Stars !

Comfortable and Affordable
My wife had a knee injury which required rehabilitation exercises. The Therapist assigned her exercises to do at home which required ankle weights. These fit the bill perfectly and worked very well. My wife said they are very comfortable and easy to adjust.
