Support for flat foot
This item gives excellent support to maintain the curvature of the foot. I have been using it for the past two years and am completely free from foot pain. Use this along with heel socks then you can walk comfortably for any distance. Especially this is a very fine quality product and worth the money spent on it.

Quite good for flat foot. Cut it properly to fit in your shoes, but cut if only after you have placed it beneath your foot and marked the outline to be cut. Otherwise, the objective of this product will fail.
