Works well, great price, easy to put on and stays in place very well, but don't use too often . My back stays hot for a while after I remove them which is a little disconcerting and why I only gave 4 stars.

THE VERY BEST PAIN PATCH! I suffer from sciatica in both legs and left bursar. If I do too much and my back goes out I am unable to sit. Besides being extremely painful, it makes it difficult to drive and do office work. I have tried many different ones and these stick very well. Unlike lidocaine patches I need to use medical tape and doesn't relieve pain as well as these. I have given several out to coworkers to try and they are very happy with results and have ordered their own supply.

Have mixed emotions about these"extra strength" Chinese patches after reading ingredients of snake, reptiles, very exotic ingredients listed. Warning stated not to put on blisters, rashes, etc. I plan to use with caution, but a bit fearful... although I go for "natural ingredients". Will report back after trying it.
