Q: Can this be used with eco-worthy 25 watts 12v off grid solar panel?

Yes. There are two things to check Voltage and the Amperage. Amps=Watts/Volts If you have only 1 solar panel the maximum amps your producing is about 2 Amps. This is under 30 amps.

Q: How do you turn on the load?

I think all inverters have an off/on switch, assuming you are using a 120 VAC inverter as your load. Or you can put a "Battery Switch" on the inverter wire. As for charge controllers like this one, I think you are supposed to disconnect the solar panels before you disconnect that battery, but I have not seen the instructions as I have not installed mine yet.

Q: Replaying Controller in rv, camper is lith compatible but controller is not. current controller only has 3 red wires, 1 black, how silk this hook up?

Normally, there should be two red lines and two black lines You can use the extra red line as a black line Connect the positive and negative wires from the solar panel port to the first two ports on the left side. Connect the positive and negative battery wires to the third and fourth ports on the left side. Be careful not to reverse the positive and negative terminals! Q: If this is positive ground and I need to charge a battery that is grounded to a earth ground bar for my chicken fence will it work?
