I'm with everyone else here: It delivers. If you've never used liquid latex before-READ HERE!
I've used a few different brands of liquid latex now from miscellaneous Halloween stores, and this one is definitely my favorite for one reason: the brush! It allows you to be more conscientious when you're applying this on another person (like I have-to my BF and a 6-year-old). As for the product itself, I see no difference between brands.I did upload a couple photos, hopefully they help, all I had handy was my crappy camera phone. In every way, this stuff reminds me of basic white craft glue. It's the same consistency, it dries up on your hands and you have to peel it off or rub them together and it balls-up just like Elmer's Glue...the one difference is, it's much stronger, and allows you to "mess" with it after it dries. Then you're left with a fleshy-looking and fleshy-FEELING bit of gunk on your face (or wherever you're putting it). The biggest bit of advice I have (especially for guys) is to make sure your skin is clean & dry (no lotion) and DON'T put it on any hair if you don't have to. The easiest method for removal is PEELING it off, and it's tougher to remove than glue, so ...ouch!Now, we were just using it for basic zombie stuff and will be trick-or-treating in it...so no Hollywood effects or "Zipper-Face" stuff here. If you're getting all heavy, my advice probably won't help you (I have seen some You Tube videos that might however). All I do is put on a few SOLID coats (this small 16-oz bottle is PLENTY for a few faces, necks, etc. for at least 2 parties), in the desired area--allowing them to dry in between. THEN the magic happens when it's dry, or nearly dry. You'll be able to pull apart the "flesh" creating tears and holes and other yucky textures in the glue. Depending on the color you get (I've always had white) it will dry clear until you tear it. Then you'll have a gross-looking second skin, in the color of the latex. It will be springy and fleshy to the touch-not like glue at all.At this point you can put whatever you want over the top of it. For the pictures above, I'd used a white latex...after it dried I put my regular old foundation on top of it to make it flesh colored:(http://www.amazon.com/Tinted-Daily-Moisturizer-SPF-15/dp/B007PL7RK8/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1351577542&sr=8-6&keywords=skinnygirl+moisturizer)Then I (no kidding) used my regular-old eyeshadows to create the other colors. Mostly because It's what I had handy, and it worked for me...I've since found that a combination of other pancake or tube make-ups work great, but I recommend a powder make up for over-top of those if you have it-to set it up. Mehron also makes a barrier spray (http://www.amazon.com/Mehron-MR-54501-Barrier-Spray/dp/B000LNHFG8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1351578131&sr=8-1&keywords=mehron+barrier+spray) that is supposed to help "set" your make-up...but nothing sets up make-up like a powder finish. Just my opinion. I DID buy the barrier spray, and I'm not sure it did anything--I used it over several layers of powder. Maybe just extra insurance!Bottom line--you'll have to find what works for you, but this is a fine product to start with. Mehron is a line to trust, in my opinion.

Works nicely!
I have minimal experience with SFX makeup, but this product was very easy to apply, and it securely held up the prosthetics for my costume! I only have the minor issue that it dried significantly darker after application. I am still happy with my purchase! Definitely worth the money!

Buy the big bottle, you won't regret it!
Easy to use, even for a beginner to spfx makeup. I bought to create a specific look for a costume I had made, but I've used it a lot since to practice all of the different effects you can create with latex. It does have an odor to it, as all latex will, but it's not unbearable. The color is a little dark on me, but most people aren't quite as fair as I am so I imagine this is probably close to a "nude" color on a lot of people. I would've gone with a lighter shade, but the same sized bottle in this beige color was a full $12 cheaper than in white, and since I'm covering everything with makeup anyway it didn't seem worth the extra cost to have a closer match. The consistency is fantastic! It stays liquid long enough to manipulate it where you need it, but dries quickly enough that it won't take you all day to create a few basic effects. And it doesn't start to fall off halfway through your day like some other brands I've tried. I've even re-used appliances I created with it with great success. This brand is pricey, but you absolutely get what you pay for when it comes to spfx makeup. I've used the cheap stuff before with pretty disastrous results. This made such a huge difference! I had always assumed I was just bad at makeup before. But after just 1 year of practicing with "the good stuff", I've progressed SO much farther than all my years of occasional dabbling with cheap junk supplies from Walmart. Good supplies really do make all the difference. This stuff is worth every penny! I'll never buy the generic crap again.

Not sure about this one
Worked well the first day. Did a test run and it went on easily and looked good. Dries sheer. Second day I used it, it would kinda cake-up or get crumbly as I was applying. Washed it off a couple times and started over. Then my face started to burn. Waited a little bit and tried again. Washed it off and left it off bc the burning got worse. Can’t say if it was a user error or product issue. It was ok on the trial run. But when I needed it to work, it didn’t.Also Saw much cheaper latex options in stores. So for the price, I’m not sure it’s the best product. And i don’t recommend wearing it two days in a row.

It's what you need for that "next level" look.
I used this to make a "zipper face" for Halloween. Please see photo attached although it's a bit gruesome so please use your judgement!I found a youtube video that told me how to do this and I also purchased some fake blood and foundation make up to help complete the look. The product is easy to use, has a brush inside the cap ( which I didn't use as it was too small for painting the side of my face). One thing about brushes, use a cheap one that you don't want to keep - cleanup is tough for the brush but surprisingly easy for everything else. It just peels off. I guess the bristles are too fine for it to peel off easily so I discarded mine afterwards. After panting it on my face, it dried to a rubber like consistency in only 10 minutes. I layered this on top of itself about 4 times in order to obtain a thick enough "skin" to be able to pull it off the side of my face and have it look and feel like skin. This is a most excellent product for obtaining scarily good effects. For under $40, I was able to create this look and have plenty left over for another few years at least. Oh, and no allergies for me. It peeled off my face after wearing it for around 7 hours and left no red marks, spots, irritations of any kind. The color of the shower water was pretty gross though!
