This pillow is very comfy and was what I needed to sleep better. It’s not always perfect with getting the belly in a comfy spot and I still wake up with back pain, but this has helped a lot and I sleep better.The sides do tend to separate a little far at times and requires some readjusting- a velcro or tie would be great to help keep them from splitting too far, at least for a more petite person, as I really have to pull them close together. Overall works well, though. I even put my own pillow on it a lot of times and can sleep a little more propped up.Bonus - the dogs LOVE it 😉

Has improved my sleep quality a ton this pregnancy. The pillow is very full. I almost wanted to take some of the filling out at the head part to get it how I like, but it ended up being perfect. I've been using for about 6 months now and it's still working great! Have even brought it on vacations because I can't live without it right now.My only complaint is that it's so hard to put the pillow case back on after washing. I get out of breath doing it every time and my husband has to help.

I sort of scoffed when a pregnancy pillow was recommended to me since I'm awaiting the birth of my 3rd grandchild. But, I wish I had purchased it years ago for my lower back pain! It prevents me from rolling on my back and, when putting one leg over it, helps with hip pain, too. Also, with one arm under it, it keeps my arm from going to sleep and waking up with "tingling fingers".I highly recommend the longer size. I got the 60 inch and I'm 5'4" tall. It's about perfect for me as I sort of squish up the one side when throwing my leg over it. I only sleep well in a cool room so was worried it would make me hot. Surprise, it didn't! I've been very comfy, fall asleep quickly, and am waking up with less pain than I previously had.My cats love it, too. It gives them little nooks and crannies between me and the pillow to snuggle into during the night. OH, I also got a zip-on pillow case for it. Now, putting that thing on is a 2-person job. Sort of like trying to shimmy pantyhose on Gumby. Put it protects the pillow and is worth the effort.

I’m 32 weeks pregnant and have been using a pregnancy pillow since late 2nd trimester. First was using just a wedge pillow which was fine in the beginning but as I got bigger it would slip out from under me or the Velcro would disconnect. Decided to return and try a massive U pillow. After reading enough good reviews on this pillow, I purchased. I’ve had this pillow for over a month now and it’s completely improved my sleep. So comfortable and helps relieve back pain! I got the cooling Jersey cover but can’t say it’s truly cooling, hence the 4/5 stars. The only real negative is it takes up half my queen bed and I’m sure my husband wishes it was smaller. If you can fit it, buy it! You won’t regret it!

This was a nice pillow for the money. I liked the zip off cover—not a fancy zipper, but as long as you are careful it was easy to get on and off for washing. The inner pillow was still nice and fluffy for my second pregnancy and now I’m ready to pass it on. I used it different ways including putting the “U” at the top and bottom and then folding it into a sort of chair that leaned against the headboard when I was nursing and holding the baby for a good chunk of the night those first weeks. It is really large though. My husband called it “the muppet” and I think he is glad to have it out of our queen sized bed! 😂

The pillow is just okay. It loses cushion in the places I lay on most and becomes flat. It's a little hard to get the pillow back to a good form even when I try patting it and pushing the filling around. Also, I don't feel the cooling effect at all. But it does provide enough support for my posture and it's very comfortable for my legs.

I am in love!! I love it so much that I transport it daily from the couch to my bed. I am someone who wants total relaxation on the couch, and I used to stuff throw pillows under my knees, low back, prop my elbows up, etc. Now I have this and it is perfect for sitting on the couch or cuddling with in bed. I had been debating buying this for a while and I'm glad I finally did. I wish it came in more colors.

This pillow is great for back support and wide set hip support, even if you're not pregnant.👍 I have an NATBI and I've got chronic neck and thoracic back pain. Over the last few months I've been waking up with reduced pain. The pillow will flatten a bit over time, I just give the stuffing a quick fluff on wash day. Most importantly, it's old woofer approved.

Al principio me decepcionó el tamaño de la caja, muy pequeña, pero venía empacada al vacío. Me decepcionó que se veía como muy aplastada. Sin embargo, como que se terminó de esponjar después de abrirla. En dos semanas ya estaba bien esponjadita, y oh cielos!!!!! La almohada más maravillosa del mundo. Mi esposo y mis bebés la aman. Es suavecita, demasiado cómoda, súper útil para el embarazo y la lactancia. Mi esposo y mi bebé se duermen súper a gusto con ella. Se le puede quitar la funda para lavarla. La volvería a comprar. De las mejores compras!!!!!

It doesn't even have the Queen Rose tag, only a tag saying "made in China". It's flat, cheap-looking and much smaller than the measurements say. Don't trust this seller.

Very disappointed despite all the good reviews.1. Very bulky and big. I am 5"3 and this pillow is basically a giant. I have neck and shoulder pain and the fact that the pillow is firm and too big gave me lots of issues with my neck. I feel like I am squashed by the pillow as the curvature is too small, bad for my shoulders and my neck is head is propped up. The ergonomics of this pillow are very bad. I try to flip the pillow and just use the 2 legs for support, but it doesn't stay in place well.2. The pillow is extremely hot! The velvety pillow cover does not help. Can't sleep well at all with this.
