Extremely good quality toaster
We have been using our new toaster for a week now and are very happy with it. It looks awesome sitting on our counter, love the style of it and the toast comes out perfect.

Very poor quality for such a pricy item.
I am very disappointed in this top-of-the line product. Very expensive and does not work well. As you can determine from the first picture, one side does not light up (burner does not work) and your toast and or bagel only gets toasted on one side. I will return this piece of junk right away, and order a better quality one that will not doubt be less expensive. It is now 2 weeks since I purchased this item and I decided to keep it for another week to see if it works better. It still seems that some of the hot wires are not working in some areas... but perhaps that is what they call "new bagel technology" that only toasts the inside of the bagel and keep the outside warm only.... but I'll keep on closely looking at it...

Looks nice but...
This unit from day one takes painfully long to toast, toasted surfaces are uneven as well requires flipping mid cook. It has the classic beefy and durable Wolf presence BUT lacks greatly in performance. Very disappointed for the $470.00 invested
