Amazing movie especially for how cheap!

This movie was purchased for our 9th grade English class. We recently finished the book Animal Farm, which is a pretty in depth book on social and communism. And we wanted a positive way to end it. Barnyard was that!

My autistic son picked this out. He watched it and liked it.

This is a great movie to watch if you are a fan of the "Back at the Barnyard" television series. This is the movie that Nickelodeon studios made to introduce the characters before moving on to the show. The extra features are nice, but not very extensive.I suggest watching the cartoon series before this movie because many of the main characters are glanced over and not given enough development. It is entertaining though and the action scenes are the highlights of this movie.For anyone wondering what is the difference between the widescreen edition and the 2 disk edition, they are exactly the same. There is only one disk in the 2 disk version, but it is half the price so if you're thinking about purchasing the movie, definitely go for the 2 disk version.
