Pig Hog PX-TMXM2 1/4" TRS to XLR Balance Adaptor Cable, 10 Feet

HiThese are well-made. Still made in China though. I opened them to examine the connections before using them to verify proper wiring and not a gimmick. They are wired correctly and are balanced, given your output is balanced. They aren't as thick as some people make them out to be, but they are good.

Haven't had to adjust them. I do inspect them before each event. They haven't loosened, have great sound quality, and clean up pretty smoothly. I have no complaints.

Cable is well constructed and does the job. Great price for the value.

These are great cables easy to wrap up without twisting or knotting up

I had never heard of this company but read many good reviews on Amazon and sound equipment sites. The product was packaged well, seems to be of good quality, and works without any problems. No buzz, hum, or distortion noted; and both ends fit snuggly into their connectors. This is for the 1/4" male to XLR male cable used to run a keyboard to the mixer.

I’ve come to love Pig Hog rubber cables. They flex easily. They’re durable. They come out of their loops and move well. The strain reliefs are good and the connectors don’t unscrew. These are so much better than braided cables that catch on everything and don’t move as well. (Although Pig Hog braids are better than most)

Over the past year or so, I have seriously upgraded my home studio to include at least 4 (four) mixers and countless microphones. I also have a digital piano, digital synth, and a digital Midi keyboard, along with coupling some other odd devices (iPad, phone, etc.). I don't know what I'd do without the Pig Hog cables. They stand up to my abuse and they are superior quality versus anything you'd buy at the local music store. Sure, they're not the least expensive brand, but you get what you pay for. If you're a touring musician, or just need some kick-butt cables for your home studio, get this brand. You won't be disappointed.

I discovered pig hog cables a while back and have never once had one fail. They are on the thicker side but I find that to be a good thing in the common event that someone steps on it. Great product!
