This is the best liquid vitamin that I’ve ever had. It’s loaded with everything I want in a vitamin supplement and it taste good! I have a hard time swallowing pills so I mix it in water and my orange fiber drink. I open my other capsules that I take and pour those in too. The flavor of the vitamins drink masks, the flavors of my other vitamins so I can take everything at once. It gives me energy. I have stronger nails, and my hair is growing faster.

This has been a rough year for me health wise. I was taking a multi vitamin tablet but feeling no benefits.-constantly tired, no energy. My Dr. recommended a strong liquid vitamin that is absorbed in your system very quickly. I am on my second bottle because it’s excellent quality, has a strong citrus/orange taste- won’t be without it.

There are some people in here that gave it a bad review, but I don't care about those ones, they are too picky. One person said they took a multi-vitamin, and it's better than this one is, well my doctor told me that B vitamins don't even absorb well in your intestines when you take them in pill form, and you're not even getting what you need from them, she told me that B vitamins need to be taken by liquid or injection, or it's worthless taking them, so I really don't believe that person who said the multi-vitamin helped better, they're fooling themselves. I'll tell you about my experience, and I haven't been taking the liquid that long either. My most noticeable experience was my eyes, and even though I'm taking all the eye supplements that there is, like Lutein, Billberry, Lycopene, Zeaxanthin, and so on, my eyes just seem to annoy me more and more each day, I was even getting worried about them, and feeling like there was something missing. I know that I don't eat enough too make up for all the vitamins I need, I only eat once a day, and I could tell that by the cramping I get in my leg, as well, so I knew I had to do something about it. I bought this Mega liquid vitamins because I felt it's worth giving it a try, and I can positively say that my eyes are feeling SO MUCH better, not to mention, they aren't SO DRY anymore, which was another problem that not even the really good eyedrops for dry eyes, was helping, and yes, it's helping my energy level too, actually it's helping a LOT, including sleeping, which I always have such a hard time with. This only took 4 days to start working, and I think that's really good! I don't mind the taste at all, a bit funny tasting, but I'll take that over the way I was beginning to feel, which at 68 isn't good at all! I give this 5 stars, hands down, and I don't care what ANYONE else says, they are FAR BETTER than pills, and work MUCH faster!

Evidently 90% of vitamins in liquid form are absorbed by the body, as opponents to around 15% of the pill form. I've always known that liquid supply are the most absorbable, so the research claims sound legit. Unless you're nutrient deficient, it won't increase your energy. However, it's excellent for long term health. The taste and smell is bad, but I've had worse, so it's easy enough to tolerate.My one complaint is that it's sweetened by Xylitol, which is a Sugar Alcohol. Sugar Alcohols are known for causing gas and digestion distress for many, so if you experience this, look for another brand that excludes this ingredient. Stevia would work perfectly as a sugar-free, calorie-free sweetener, as I use it in beverages all the time, and it has no side effects. Stevia is an herb that happens to be naturally sweet, unlike Sugar Alcohols, which are highly processed and have the side effects mentioned in some people. Xylitol also has a bad aftertaste, so it's wish that they would eliminate it in this product. I just ordered a similar product from a difference brand, but the product description didn't disclose the ingredients, so I'm hoping it doesn't have Sugar Alcohols. If you're digestive system isn't very sensitive, you may do great with this product, and have no intestinal distress.Remember, unless you're deficient to begin with, it won't increase your energy levels. Do the research and you'll see. When people who weren't previously deficient claim that it increased their energy, its likely a Placebo effect. Otherwise, they Were deficient, and didn't realize it.

So far so good! Palatable. Texture not as thick as other brands I have used over the years - that's a plus. This has the consistency of orange juice. I keep it in the fridge. Easy enough to shoot back a cap full once a day. Time will tell if it confers any appreciable health benefits.
