This Foot spa works very good and strong

Only problem for me was if you have larger calves it's pretty tight, wish it was larger towards the top, everything else was perfect!

This is excellent for those with larger feet. In our household, we have two type of feet - larger and smaller and this can accommodate both. The shiatsu massage feature is very nice!

My foot spa did not heat more than 2 degrees in 15 minutes. I started with water at 105 degrees as suggested by the seller. The return process has been exasperating, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to suffer from the mishaps I have occurred. The return label sent to me was for shipping to China. I have to pay the cost. After much “chatting” with the seller and several Amazon representatives, the issue has been resolved. However, Amazon stepped up to reimburse my shipping fee, not the seller. And the label they sent me for China ended up being inaccurate, too, as they have a US location. I will never buy from a third party seller again after this experience with poor quality product and customer service. Buyer Beware!

I really wanted to like this unit but the cons out weighed the pros. The water level was great, nice and deep and the shower feature was nice. Massaging unit feels like hard plastic rocks under your feet and pushes you feet up against the front of the unit. Unless you are using it outdoors and have a hose It took about 4 small buckets to fill so I had to make 4 trips to the faucet which is problematic if you have back or hip issues. You have some very low bending to do to use the handle which is painful if trying to pull across carpet. Had to double up my sofa pillows to sit high enough to be comfortable. Knees are too high up even if using a chair. You have to lift the unit up sink level (filled with heavy water) for it to be high enough for the hose to drain which at that point is easier to just tip it over and pour it out which makes the hose useless. I started the returnprocess. The seller provided the return sheet that goes inside of the box but no postage paid label so I have this big box sitting in my living room all packed up waiting for the sellers response praying that this will not be yet another headache to add to the cons list for being willing to give they’re product a try. Good customer service says a lot about a seller and allows you to be comfortable purchasing from them in the future. I will update with customer service experience.

Works well and feels even better. Love the fact that it keeps the water hot! If you're on your feet all day you gotta get yourself one of these.

A little hard to get comfortable with both feet in the machine. It does make my feet look and feel better.
