Helps with bone on bone knee
These little things are kind of a miracle. My knee is bone on bone and often is pretty painful. These really seem to help. I will say though - watch your blood sugar. Apparently copper lowers it. Which if you run high could be a good thing. If you don't... it could go low. After a couple months of using them my body seems to be adjusting a little better to the blood sugar though.

Amazing
Amazing. These work. I wasn’t sure if if was just a Coincidence or what but I tried them after standing on my feet all day, On my bad ankle, and it worked. Still had a little pain but I callus walk where as before I usually would not be able to. Then my daughter hurt her ankle cheering. I applied one to her ankle and she said it worked quickly!! Will buy more!! They are small but that’s ok. Love them.
