My grandson absolutely loves this. It really works great and you can make several snow cones at a time. It's so cute my daughter has it on the kitchen counter for show. One time we crushed a bunch of ice and he played with it like Snow for fun. He got it for his 8th b-day in March. He is using it now for summer snow cones to keep cool. I say it was a good buy.

Def recommend, got it for my sons 1st birthday and everyone loved it.. shaves the ice really good , does not leak & it’s a really good size .. I use it kind of everyday for a snowcone 😆

This small machine did a good job! It was very popular for the 4th of July! Just like I remembered as a kid. It did 3 cones, but you could replenish the ice as you are making the cones.

We've used this on numerous occasions this summer.It's not that large as you may think -- so picture is slightly misleading in term of the size. However, anything larger would have made it difficult to store in cabinet.Because ice is the only intake, the cleanup is very minimal. The snow storage has ample capacity to scoop up shaved ice using the provided scoop. I don't see any issues with leak.The machine is pretty straight forward to use, it's mostly plug and play.The motor/assembly/blade locking mechanism could have been better.Recommendations:* Let the ice cubes thaw for about a minute before you start using it. Otherwise, I've noticed them getting stuck.My complains:* The machine is very loud and noisy. You couldn't hear people talking in the room if the machine was also running.* I've noticed on number of occasions that the machine does not automatically turn on even after putting the lid on and twisting it properly. You have to fiddle with it couple of times. I am afraid the plastic cover/lock at the top may wear out over the time. If after ~4-6 week of light use I'm seeing this type of wear, I'm afraid it may not last next summer. I'm glad to have purchased extended warranty.

This was definitely worth the money! Bought it for my grand daughter's birthday party. It was easy to use and made the ice perfect for the sno cones. We used Kool-Aid to make the different syrups and it was a big hit with the kids. She's used it several times since and it still works good.

The media could not be loaded. I don’t understand how the reviews are so good… maybe I’m just a dumb a… or yall getting paid. The instructions say to just fill it with ice, put the lid on, plug it in, & turn it… so like what the heck. It was shaving a little ice and then stopped & I was like ok well maybe it shaved the first two cubes (even tho I did 5 at first) and it needs more on top to increase weight idk??? So I put more in - NOTHING. It works when it wants to. The first one I got worked and then didn’t, worked and then didn’t, all in one sitting - not each sitting. Which is SUPER annoying, bc then I can’t finish making the snow cones that I’m currently making, & I had only made a max of THREE in one sitting. Idk what’s wrong with this product, but I was willing to get an exchange to give their product a second chance. They sent a card of a bunch of items they sell also to try - would love to, but after this lil snow cone machine bs, NO THANKS. I’ll take a free product (dif. one) for the inconvenience of wasting my time twice with the product.& then there’s a little piece of plastic in my sons snow cone. I got the blue koolaid man one. I don’t know for sure if it’s that but I’d think so bc I had just opened the second one to see if it worked before I wasted my time washing it.I just wanted to make me & my son some snow cones 😒
