This is interesting repair material. First let me say after you open the tube, you must store the tube in the freezer. When you use it from the freezer, it has to be completely thawed out to work.StormSure is a clear look material that is almost liquid when it comes out of the tube. It does have a little firmness and sticks to the surface you are repairing. Get Silicone sealant out of your mind. Once Stormsure has had time to cure, and providing you have applied it to a clean dry surface, It really holds on tight. I repaired a pair of shoes where the seam came undone. Stormsure held well where other glues wouldn't hold. The repair is waterproof also. Now this is totally out of its job discription but, my VW Cabrio AM/FM antenna antenna is mounted to the body with a rubber mount. For some reason, the rubber had deteriorated and was coming apart. I used Storm Sure to glue the peices that broke apart back together and for added strength I glued a rubber sheet over the exterior surface of that mount. The end result is a repaired mount that looks almost like it did before the damage.The Storm Sure people make a lot of claims for what can be repaired but after I used this and saw the results, I would pretty much say read the claims and give it a try because I have not had this material let go or fail since I used it. They claim this material will repair a vinyl seat tear so that is next on the list to repair.On the good results I have had, I recommend StormSure flexible repair adhesive.

got it to do some repairs on my vehicles convertible top. Not as flexible as I would like for use on a convertible top that folds up. and is very noticeable from the outside turns a yellowish color does not stay clear and starts to split it worked good in areas that had a quarter-inch small slit but anything larger than that it is very noticeable .but it keep the rain out.

When searching the web on how to fix my worn down shoe sole, (I wear them down on the outside of the heal) I came across a YouTube of this guy fixing his shoe with this stuff, so I ordered some. I have now fixed a half dozen at least of my perfectly good shoes that I was going to toss because of the worn down sole. Best of all I have my favorite work shoes back that they don't make anymore. Order it and search YouTube for how to fix you shoe with it, super easy. I tried to add a picture but I kept getting an error, but believe me this stuff is amazing.

sticks to many things but there is no strength until the glue dries, which is a long time so your pieces have to be held together the entire time or they will fall apart. Once the glue dries, it's strong and flexible but I'm thinking about 24 hrs. Very stinky & flammable

My only concern is keeping hidden away from my kids. Love how I can fix anything!

I'm going to throw a layer on my S2000 convertible top this evening. I tested a small sample out and it works great! It holds together and does an excellent job at keeping water out of the inside of my car.This seller is fantastic as well. USPS delivered a busted package and tube. StormSure replaced it very quickly without hesitation! They stand by their products and service which is really nice these days.

I followed the video instructions for repairing a well-loved Barbour jacket and it was both quick and effective. You can barely see where the repaired rip was.
