If you're on a low FODMAP diet, you've probably discovered that almost all of the ketchups available in the store have high fructose corn syrup in it, which is a huge no-no on that diet. And if you find any without it (there are a few), be sure to read the ingredients and you'll discover they have the stay-away-from-description of "spices", which means garlic and/or onions are in it (if it doesn't specifically say garlic or onions). Another huge no-no for us on that diet. I've started to carry a bottle of this with me when we go out and I know I'll have french fries with my meal. Better to be safe than sorry.Anyway, I really like the taste of this and it was nice finding this company (I usually order directly from them, but I've now added this to my Subscribe and Save list) after going without ketchup for a long time. You can also mix it with Boar's Head horseradish (which doesn't have garlic or onions) for a really nice cocktail sauce.

I don't write many reviews so when I do, you gotta believe me! I've been staying away from ketchup (following a Low FODMAP diet) due to issues with garlic and onion. So I haven't been eating ketchup for months and months :( I came across this on Amazon and the $9 price tag made me hesitate at first, but what other options are there? So I decided I was worth the splurge and ordered it. I just LITERALLY had some with some home fries. OMG! It's ketchup! Ketchup I can eat. At $9 a bottle, I'm more careful with the amount I use. I'm not squeezing globs onto my plate like I used to with the cheap stuff. No, no. This is like red gold to me. I've even put a "Mom's Only" label on the bottle. I will definitely keep purchasing this. It's a bit expensive, but it brings me a little bit of joy. Who couldn't use more joy in their lives?

Still remember the onion and garlic taste. But now I can't have ether it just takes abit of getting use to not having somuch flavor in food. Will get again, it's better than the other brands I have tasted, only wish the Sugar wasn't there.

No IBS stomach issues with this product. Tastes pretty good but a little runny. Good option for low Fodmap dietary needs.

The ketchup arrived with half the bottle empty and messy. I cleaned up the bottle and used the ketchup.I did not complain because I believe Amazon has a "no return policy" for food.I was pleasantly surprised when I received a new bottle. Thank you Amazon and Fody Foods

Tastes great. I have DVT and IBS and I can't have anything with onion anymore. It is like a food allergy to me now. So finding a ketchup without onion was so hard for me since I LOVE KETCHUP. This one is amazing!

Glad I found this low fodmap ketchup on Amazon - it fits the criteria and it tastes alright actually! The price is a little steep for what I would pay but needs must and it got me through this diet so I’m relieved I didn’t miss something as simple as ketchup in my life

This is the perfect alternative to ketchup for those with an intolerance. It tastes nice, has a thickness but value for money!!!! As I write this it's currently on Amazon for over £6 when in a well-known supermarket it's on sale for £3. Seriously Amazon, sort this price out.

Nice taste, good thickness. Only let own is the bottle, don't even have to squeeze it and it's pouring out, this needs improving, you should have to squeeze it in my opinion.

Great flavour to this sauce, slightly sweeter than Heinz if your replacing that. Will definitely buy again
