Great Portable System with an Odd Name
This is the definitive edition of the 3DS. It's big enough to be comfortable in adult hands. I prefer to dark grey style over the brighter colors of other DS systems.The game library is massive. If you're a fan of RPGs, especially the Dragon Quest series, this is a fantastic portable system to own. It still plays old DS games. This "New" version is nice because you can play a selection of SNES games, like A Link to the Past and EarthBound.The only complaints I have are the name and the lack of a higher resolution screen. The name just makes no sense. New 3DS? What happens when the next version comes out? This one won't be new anymore. I cannot complain too much about the low resolution screen, because I knew the hardware specs going in. Plus this is fairly cheap bit of hardware compared to a modern cell phone with high DPI screens.

The "new Nintendo 3ds XL" does not come in pink and white. Buyer beware! They are showing you the black one which is an actual system, but claiming you will receive a pink and white. I repeat, they do not come in pink and white!
