Reliable and long lasting!
The ink was packaged in a bubble envelope. The ink box arrived crushed, but the cartridges inside were in good shape. I order these every few months and they have always worked perfectly. They last a good, long time and are very easy to install. I will continue to purchase these as long as my printer lasts.

Watch out for defective or insufficient in cartridges...
Epson has generally been competent in the past, but for the first time in many years I received a Magenta cartridge that ran out in about three months. This I nowhere near the expected capacity, and I do not print pictures, just documents that include very little color. The other colors still have ⅓ and ¼ capacity left (which itself is odd, as I said above, I do not print very much in color. It could be a supplier issue, so I do not pass judgment. This is just an advisory to other users.

Never clogs
I have never had a problem with the OEM cartridge. I do enough printing, the XL size is the only way to go. Note, the Epson software gives a Low Ink warning when LOTS of ink is still available. I recommend turning OFF the warning and print until the page looks bad. The warning popped up more than 20 or 25 printouts ago, and I am still getting great looking results. Always have a new cartridge on standby! The genuine Epson ink is worth the money, and the XL is a much better value than the standard size.If you are in an office setting, I strongly recommend the Eco Tank printers with bulk refill. I wish I had chosen that. I have spent the cost difference in cartridges in the 3 years I have used this printer.

Expensive but the only ink cartridge that works with my printer
I have an Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4734 inkjet printer that I bought at Costco, and it will not work with any generic brand cartridges -- I MUST use Epson-branded cartridges. The regular size cartridges don't print much before they run out of ink -- it's much more economical to purchase the XL cartridges. That said, they're still pretty expensive, but I can't otherwise use my printer without them.
