First broken, second worked great
Four at order arrived broken. I quickly received a replacement, which was easy to set up, classy and works well.

Simple and decorative
We loved this umbrella stand, so much that we bought one for our daughter. It is easy to assemble and looks great!

Attractive, easy to assemble, stable
This umbrella stand was really easy to assemble.It's very sturdy and doesn't tip over, despite having a lot of umbrellas, sticks, and toys in it. There's a compartmentalized lip on the bottom of the stand to keep your things from slipping out or getting tangled in each other.The footprint is small so it fits easily in our cramped entryway.

Nice but a bit of a PIA to assemble.
Well made. Just as advertised. Bit of a PIA to assemble. Other reviews mentioned that the screws don't fit the supplied wrench very well due to paint in the screw head sockets. I had the same problem so I initially used a smaller hex wrench for seating and then the supplied one for final tightening.. I also recommend some silicone, or other non-goopy/runny, adhesive for the alignment pin holes on the base and upper ring.

It's a poorly executed design and Jordan Murphy should be embarrassed.
First, the hex bolts are painted so the included hex key does not actually fit in the bolt head.Second, the holes in the base are so wide and so poorly spaced that the instructions tell you to use two washers per bolt to make up for the complete lack of design tolerances.Third, the base connection is wobbly because the "second point of contact" fits in a giant slot and is right next to the bolted connection, simultaneously providing absolutely no additional support and displaying a surprising lack of basic ability from Jordan Murphy Design.
