Je suis certaine que c’est un bon produit car j’utilise Estrosmart depuis des années et ç’a m’aide beaucoup. Par contre, comme mentionné sur le produit, ne pas prendre si vous prenez déjà des antidépresseurs, même à petite dose. L’effet des interactions est loin d’être agréable et dure longtemps.
