Works great!
Dental student stuck in the preclinic. These work great for class II composites!! They are not too thick to where they can fit interproximally with the use of a wedge.

Awesome to smooth out dental work
I had some chipped teeth repaired with composite but the dentist didn’t do a great job smoothing them out. This fine and super-fine grain was perfect. The blue ones did a nice job polishing to a shine and they were thin though to smooth out the spaces between teeth. It did take some work getting them in but thinner than ones the dentist had!

Love these
I didn't know if these were going to work but they worked great. I used them to file my 4 front top and 4 bottom teeth. I hadn't wore my retainer in years and my teeth moved. Now that my teeth are back where they should be, I needed to file them so they wouldn't touch and hit each other so hard. Highly recommend this product 👌

Beyond useless. Also ordered in Jan rec’d in MAY…
I rarely write reviews unless something is great or truly awful so I can let others know. I received these from Amazon months after I wrote them off as lost & Amazon never refunded me. I have sensitive fingertips, all but one I can’t feel any grit to them at all. (The purple ones feel ever so slightly roughened) They are also one sided so I basically bought a box of thin plastic strips that can’t be recycled or repurposed.I got them to finely polish a dental appliance that had rough spots after a repair without damaging it that had been bothering my mouth but these don’t do anything. Even on my tongue all but the purple feels like plain, smooth plastic. I did try using them & saw no discernable difference. The purple one barely did anything despite being horribly awkward to use for 20+ minutes on the spots I needed. I can’t imagine these being effective on harder surfaces like tooth enamel, which is their intended use. I don’t know if I got a defective batch or what but I doubt it because what’s the likelihood every type would fail except one at the same time?Waste of money & a headache on top because it’s months outside the return window with the huge delay. If you need them for your teeth better to spend the money on the professional metal dental grade ones I think. For dental appliances, I’m still looking for easy to use polishing sand paper that won’t ruin the acrylic unfortunately. Pro tip a craft drill really helps, especially with appliances that have liners but has a big gap between file & buff.Hope this is useful to anyone else in a similar situation.

Not for me
I could not use them to file between my back teeth. The dentist left a jagged filling between the teeth and won't rub it.These strips are one-sided. They should only be used for minor front teeth' rough edges. These strips are neither robust nor easy to get between teeth.Customer service is very helpful. Cut them some slack. They just need to better advertise the use of their product.

Thank you GOD..
Worked like a charm. Thank you thank you thank you. My dentist told me NOTHING he had as a tool would work because it would break the porcelain. He wouldn’t do anything to smooth down the edge of the chipped crown. It hurt my tongue so bad all the time. I ordered these on the hope that it would help and let me tell you it was so satisfying to smooth it off and stop irritating my tongue. That’s all. Good bye
