not 110 or 120.
This will not work with 110/120. I had it sitting and waiting till i finished my product and only now did i learn it will not work with usa outlets. But it sells in the usa. Not able to return it and the seller is laughing all the way to the bank.

Just a helpful message
To all the people who are saying this device sucks. They should know its not the device. It's user error the plug isn't meant for 110v -120v it's meant for 240v there are 110v-120v conversion outlets that combine two separate 110v-120v legs to power 1 plug. Don't get it confused with 220v dryer plug that's different. Those plugs are a single 220v source. That's too much these devices require a 2 pole breaker to operate which means it uses 2 hot wires and a neutral. So plugging it into a 110v or 120v outlet won't work. You should call an electrician if you don't know what you are doing. But I would assume you don't anyway because you don't want to shower with an electrical device in the shower with you anyway. Duh people.

Good but problems
This is a really good product but it has an issue with tripping the breaker every minute or so... And that's even with nothing else running on that breaker. It's not our breaker or wiring so we don't know what the issue is but it's been a pain in the ass and we regret buying it.

Voltage requirement is 220
I read all the q&a before purchasing and the answer were 110V to questions regarding power requirements. Now I’m stuck with it since I bought it last January and past the return date. One star for is for the seller. I can’t hook up the product.

Get a licensed electrician, or a license in electrical things
Needs a step-up transformer from 110 to 240 over 5500w. (I bought one, it weighed 50+lbs and was huge. Not great for a small rv.) Or hardwire some how.
