Arrived quickly. Its replaced ,the one that’s was fitted when had new shower, the plumber never fitted the inner cup,When cleaning something got dropped into the water outlet and blocked the pipe!!! Had we had the complete thing fitted in the first place it would not have happened. £200 later the blockage was released, so always keep the cup part in the shower drain, we never knew it should have been there. We live and learn.

Arrived on time and fitted perfectly, but did have small scratch on metal plug cover. Still, got me out of trouble for breaking the original one so I am happy 4/5

Why did you choose this product over others?:I had bought one for the the ensuite and it fitted well. I bought another for the bathroom which doesn’t fit. I can’t not return this. However, you can return others in this range of shower trap, which only cost only a little more. Well worth doing unless you are 100% certain that it will fit.
