The Megan is pleased, and you will be too!
Let me say up front, I sleep in a recliner, not a bed, due to health issues. So I know exactly what I want in a recliner. This one checks all the boxes except one.* It's slightly oversized on the width, so I'm not crammed between the arms of the chair.* It's not a plastic (call it leather if you want, you and I both know better) covering, it's microfiber.* It's well cushioned and yet firm.* It has well proportioned massage, as well as heat!* It stays put when you lift the footstool without throwing you backwards right away, so you can sit up with your feet up.The one box this chair does NOT check for me is the fact that it's a rocker. Normally I cannot stand recliners that rock or swivel. But compared to how well this chair performs all its other functions, that's a minor inconvenience I can live with. But most importantly, the Megan (my 16 year old cat I've had since she was barely 3 weeks old) finds it "quite acceptable." (she HATED my previous recliner for various reasons). As you can see in the attached picture, she is enjoying it immensely (yes, the massage feature is on, Intensity 3, thighs, no heat). It's even better when I'm dozing off for the night and she (and her sister) snuggle in on either side of me. Exactly enough room for all 3 of us (I'm 5'6", 180lbs).The foot rest is a bit finicky to latch when you're getting up, but if you push just a bit harder than you think you ne4ed to, it will latch just fine. I'm sure that will wear in just fine soon enough. So should you buy it? Most definitely! It's worth every penny, especially if you have a cat like the Megan who is notoriously picky about where they sleep.

Not worth the money....
I have had this chair now for just over 4 months and this was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. The chair is very small, for a taller person over 6 feet and you would not fit within the chair well at all. Next is the leg reclining portion of the chair is complete garbage. It dosen't stay up with even the slightest amount of pressure on the legs that portion of the chair droops down. The spring to hold it up is not strong enough from my experience to really even hold 5 lbs.Next is the actual end piece were your legs rest, there are really hard lumps in the chair and are quite uncomfortable. When I first got the chair I thought the vibration function was ok but after using it for a while it is really bad. The chair also has a heat option which isnt bad but you cant just use the heat by itslef, you have to have to vibrate feature on as well to use heat. My biggest complaint is the headrest, I like a chair that has a nice plush head rest so when you lay back a little to watch tv or anything it should support your head. This chair does not support your head at all and you almost can't lay you head back to be supported while in the chair. For what we paid for these chairs they were such as waste of money and I would highly advise anyone to strongly look else where for a better chair.

Comfortable, and great features
I'm very happy with this product! I was a bit concerned after reading so many negative reviews, which I didn't read until after purchasing. I ordered it because if the price point, and features. I am a 50 year old 4'11 lady, with not much strength, and had mo problem getting it together. As others have stated, the arm pieces ( not rests, those are already on) are difficult until you get the right angle. I was trying to slide them directly downwards, but you need to angle the top slightly towards the back, while pressing inwards and down..and voila! Easy peasy. The vibration and heat feature are great. A bit louder then one of the answers above mentioned, but not obnoxious. Of COURSE the massage feature is a vibration. That's a given. I'm not sure what others who brought this up in a negative manner expected. The USB charged my phone in the same amount of time I'm used to from any other outlet. Great feature! Its actually what drew me to the chair. As for the foot rest, I sit up, and scoot forward, pushing the foot rest very easily in, and then stand up and kick it in to lock. It's not a inconvenience to me. Love my chair! Thank you.

Comfortable
I bought it thinking it would be broader, size-wise, but it is fitted just right for one adult. Since I have children, the space of comfort gets a lot tighter. It is a nice, simple recliner. Comfortable to fall asleep on, the message is a nice touch, and I love the camo pattern. I gave it four stars for two reasons; 1) Leg room. There is barely any leg room when the recliner is reclined! My legs from the cav to the toes hang off the chair and can cause discomfort. 2) The loud vibrating noise of the massager and where I live, for the moment, is not good due to neighbors. If that were not the case, it would just be the legroom. Worth the buy!

Cheap but Functional
Assembly: The chair was mostly able to be assembled without issue, the only exception being the left shoulder pad mount, which would not seat correctly even after a little motivation from a mallet.Comfort: The bottom cushion is pretty firm, but not so much so that there is any discomfort in sitting for hours at a time. The back cushion would be fine except for the position of the massage pads. The pads are quite hard and sit just beneath the exterior fabric, resting against my shoulder blades; poorly designed. Draping a blanket over the back for extra support helps significantly. The arm rests are plush and comfortable.Function: It works. The chair rocks without issue or squeaking, reclines well and comfortably, and the USB ports continue to work. The massage feature is just a few pairs of pads that vibrate at different intensities. It's not a deep massage, just a vibration. The pads in the leg/feet area are excessively loud and seem to shake the whole chair frame. The heat feature is focused solely on the lumbar and generally takes about 5 minutes or so to warm up. The vibration and heat settings will only last in 10-minute increments to a max of 30, though you can add more time with the remote.Overall, I'd take the heat and leave out the massage, as the pads are just too uncomfortable in the chair back. It does what it claims to do and is comfortable in most places. I am 5'7" and around 145lbs.
